I'd been Cost Analyst for 3 years and currently a Finance Officer for 6 years. With this experience, I have a strong foundation on financial management and strong knowledge on accurate reporting in the assigned business unit. I have below experiences
* Cost Control management and manages financial transactions related to cost reports and budget
allocation in the assigned business unit
* Manages Sales liquidation processing and collections
* Leads and manages the heads and representatives of the assigned business unit during
budget preparation
* Analyzes important items in the cost reports of the assigned business unit such as Labor efficiency, Materials consumptions, hauling unit alignment, Overhead spending and Repair and maintenance expenditures and challenges the concerned department to check their accomplishments and revisit the targets
* Prepares and submits summary of budget information and Actual cost reports for a specific
period or timeframe
* Prepares Weekly, Periodic and to date Actual Cost reports and analysis comparing to Approved Budget.
* Monitors and analyzes cost variances on actual spending and budget allocation for a
calendar period of a business unit
* Manages, reviews, and approves all cost-related activities in the assigned business unit.
Guides the business unit head in proper monitoring of actual cost and resource allocation
in order to maintain the department’s financial objectives and cost efficiency
* Prepares capital budget requests for purchase of PPE-related items and services. Prepares
supporting documents and departmental approval of requests, and submits additional
justification as necessary
* Collaborates with the department head in preparing cost-benefit analysis for any budget
request that are not approved as a budget item in the current fiscal year. Prepares
justification for budget allocation, and presents the Treasury and Budget Manager and
Finance Head for their review and approval of the request
* Reviews and approves billing and statements of accounts from suppliers, contractors, and
service providers
* Monitors and manages fixed assets assigned to the business unit or departmental
personnel
* Leads in the periodic inventory count and reconciliation of farm materials
