Hello! I’m Ma. Elena S. Capacio, but you can call me Malen.
I’ve been working as a freelancer since 2021, taking on roles that revolve around business operations, finance, and client support. Over the years, I’ve handled work in Business Analysis, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Marketing. This mix of experience has helped me become flexible and comfortable working across different parts of a business, whether it’s dealing with numbers, coordinating with vendors, or supporting customers.
At present, I work as a Business Analyst, where I focus on reviewing processes, handling financial and operational data, and helping teams work more efficiently and accurately. Before this, I also worked as a Marketing Head, where I managed a team and handled campaigns and strategies to help grow business performance and customer engagement.
Freelancing has also given me hands-on experience in supporting international clients with invoice processing, payment tracking, reconciliations, vendor coordination, reporting, CRM updates, and general admin tasks. I’ve learned to work independently, stay organized, and adjust quickly depending on what the business needs.
