Select multiple skills you're looking for. Starting with 2-3 skills is a good idea. Then add more to refine.
Filipinos aren't magical humans. They're normal people like you and I. Don't search for a "programmer, content writer, who can make phone calls without an accent, and do awesome designs on my website, who's a wordpress expert." They don't exist.
Also, Filipinos are limited to only rating themselves 5 stars 5 times, 4 stars 12 times. Don't search for 3 different 5 star skills in the same search. You're likely to get 0 results (from over 5,000,000 resumes). Searching for "I'm an expert" skills is a great way to refine your search.
