Major Responsibilities are as follows:
1. Tracking each Shipment and make sure items shipped at the Warehouse are completeand if in such case there are missing items or products, need to create a case to have it investigated.
2. Fixing Unfulfillable Inventory, need to check all returned damaged products and createremoval orders for Customer Damaged and Defective ones. For Distributor and
Warehouse Damaged items, need to create a case and have Amazon reimbursed for thedamaged items.
3. Remove negative feedbacks
4. Fix Suppressed Inventory, all inventories with image, description, department
classification issues should be completed or edited for the item to be active in AmazonStore.
5. Fixing Stranded Inventory, all inventory with issues in pricing will be adjusted for the item to be active in Amazon Store.
6. Removing overage inventory, items that are 91days old and above will be removed fromthe Warehouse to avoid overstocked charges.
7. Online Arbitrage, need to look for products from different sites that Seller can sell and make sure in each item Seller can have an ROI of 40% and above.
Staffing Consultant
Responsible for administering the full-cycle sourcing activities necessary to provide skilled consultants for global projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Works closely and collaboratively with project managers to understand the requirements for highly skilled, technical positions and to facilitate communication and proactive problem-solving. Researches target language and culture for international projects. Leverage online sourcing resources and in-house ATS to identify and attract the very best candidates.
2. Manages candidate screening process, administer NDA and contracts. Schedules qualified candidates for interview by project manager if requested. Maintains records of consultants to include contract date(s), performance records and terminations.
3. Develops and places postings for Web Search Division projects. Leads the continuous improvement of creative, effective, cost-effective sourcing strategies through tracking, monitoring and analyzing for effectiveness for assigned countries/markets. Builds and maintains a pipeline of key talent to respond efficiently and effectively to project resource needs and the growth of the business.
4. Maintains metrics on the effectiveness of postings
5. Works on cross-functional sourcing process projects and other duties as assigned
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for taking care of 6 in 30 cases, ensuring resolution to Uverse Customer's services & take full ownership of the case as to making follow up calls so as to prevent & minimize repeat rates within ICM DAVAO site.
2. Generally responsible for catering inbound calls for U-Verse customers covering 13 states in US territory.
3. Responsible for supporting technical concerns for internet issues for members subscribed to HSIA service
4. Responsible for supporting technical concerns for TV & receiver issues for members subscribed to IPTV service
5. Responsible for supporting technical concerns for phone issues for members subscribed to CVOIP service
6. Provides support for Billing inquiries & credits for legitimate claims for service failure
7. Provides dispatch schedule to customer’s premise should case be needed
