Hello! My name is Ma. Beatrice Suazo, but you can call me Bea. I am a Marketing graduate from the Philippines with professional experience in Recruitment, Human Resources, Customer Service, Administration, Marketing, and Events Coordination.
Most recently, I worked as a Senior Recruiter, where I handled end-to-end recruitment. My responsibilities included sourcing candidates through different job boards and platforms, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, extending job offers, processing pre-employment requirements, and supporting new hire onboarding. In addition to recruitment, I also worked as a Marketing Assistant for Miss Possible Pro. In this role, I edited and prepared content for Facebook and Instagram postings, edited videos for YouTube uploads, and assisted with Spotify podcast content.
