Profile Description

I have been a Customer Service Representative/Travel Consultant in the BPO Industry for more than a year as a messaging or chat support for one of the largest Airline companies in the US.  I handled multiple messages with different concerns from our customers in one go about (1) booking their flights, where some passengers want an assistance for their future travels. Also, (2)modifying their flight, this happens especially when there are involuntary changes to their flights. (3)Process refunds, when passengers wants to cancel their flight or they are affected by Irregular operations or flights delays.

In my Travel Consultant experience, I have the opportunity to develop my skills such as attention to details, efficiency, being a team player to meet team's metrics, multi-tasking, able to work under pressure, and problem solving. 

Just to share prior to that, I worked as a Deck Cadet for a Transportation company for more than a year. Because of this, I was able to understand the importance of maintaining a delivery of high standard service and being adaptable to any sudden changes, which helps me identify my own needs of improvement. 

Changing career is not that easy but I was able to work on it and motivates me more to become competitive from others who has more experience than I have and give high quality outcome to whatever I do. For that, I was awarded as the most improved agent from my previous job in a short span of time for adjustments and became one of the top contributors of our team's success. I even got acknowledgements from clients for the hard work.

As stated on the summary of my skills, I am very flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to do. You can depend on me that I will never abandon a task and you won't have a hard time contacting me. 

In any case you would require me to learn some specifics for this job, I am confident that you wouldn't spend a long time training me. With regards to the tools, I am a tech-savvy. A little overview should be fine or I might as well learn it myself, like most programs that I know. I can assure you that I can easily adapt to any sort of training or program that the job requires me to. I'm a person that requires minimum supervision once I've learned the ropes.
