I’ve been in the customer support industry since 2011, with roles in technical helpdesk, escalations, billing, travel booking, and both inbound and outbound sales.
Before transitioning to remote work, I spent over six years in a customer service and sales position, assisting customers via inbound phone support. My responsibilities included handling billing inquiries, resolving service issues, collecting past-due payments, assisting with payment arrangements, processing transactions, and providing support for general account and billing concerns. I also handled upselling when appropriate to enhance the customer experience.
In my most recent work-from-home role, I focused on appointment setting, outbound calling, and cold outreach—handling a high volume of calls daily while tracking my own performance and making real-time adjustments based on feedback.
I’m reliable, communicative, and quick to learn new tools or processes.
