Provide customer support for tenant inquiries 
Process billing, invoices, and financial documentation
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads
Evaluate quality of qualified leads
Negotiate with seller to get the best price possible
Conduct cold outreach and follow-ups
Use CRMs / property management systems for data management
Create and maintain reports in Google Sheets / Excel
Streamline workflow and administrative tasks
Identify new investment opportunities 
Maintain dashboards and CRM systems
Manage bookings and reservations
Payment processing
Process documentation
Cold calling & prospecting
Customer service support (phone, email, chat)
