I am an HR and Recruitment Specialist with over 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations, specializing in US & PH healthcare and BPO industries. I have handled both local and offshore hiring for high-volume and specialized roles, including healthcare professionals and BPO support staff.

I am experienced in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, using ATS tools such as Freshworks and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and OnlineJobsPH. I am skilled in building strong candidate pipelines and supporting fast-paced hiring requirements.
