I later transitioned into high-level executive support, working directly with a CEO where I managed complex schedules, communications, confidential documents, and domestic/international travel arrangements—sharpening my organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
Since November 2018, I have provided full operational management for short-term rental properties, including guest communication, reservations, housekeeping and maintenance coordination, vendor relations, claims processing, listing optimization, and performance monitoring across multiple OTAs.
