My usual duties include bookkeeping/recording, to preparation of financial statements in a Philippine setting, payroll preparation, budgeting, and cash flow monitoring. 1. For US account
- prepare and send invoice to our client using Xero
- monitor Chargebee invoices and online payment
- Bank reconciliation: Wells Fargo bank transactions for checking and credit card
-assists the CEO in online payment of insurance, property tax and corporate tax
-assists US Accountant/send reports
2. For Manila Account
-in-charge of general accounting using Quickbooks Desktop
-in-charge of local government compliance report
