Profile Description

•With 20-plus years of experience in cost and general accounting. My usual duties include bookkeeping/recording, to preparation of financial statements in a Philippine setting, payroll preparation, budgeting, and cash flow monitoring. I also handles payables, receivables, and bank account reconciliations both in Xero and Quickbooks.

•We are on a skeletal work schedule due to the pandemic. I Need extra income for my bills and other utilities.My current duties and responsibilities are the following:
1. For US account
- prepare and send invoice to our client using Xero
- monitor Chargebee invoices and online payment
- Bank reconciliation: Wells Fargo bank transactions for checking and  credit card
-assists the CEO  in online payment of insurance, property tax and corporate tax
-assists US Accountant/send reports

2. For Manila Account
-in-charge of general accounting using Quickbooks Desktop
-in-charge of local government compliance report

•I am looking for a part-time job in bookkeeping or any accounting related job for at least 10 hours a week
