I was working with Wolfnest Property Management. I was a virtual assistant working in a back office. We do strategic planning, address common challenges, and provide property-specific solutions. The everyday task that I do was sending out emails to tenants for inspection scheduling, answering inquiries from the tenants and homeowners, uploading yard photos from the tenants, matching move-in videos to move-out and comparing them to take notes of the damages, sending out charge form for the rent-ready items and the cleaning charge.
