I am a proactive and detail-oriented bookkeeper with extensive experience in bookkeeping tasks, developed through intensive training. As a certified Xero Advisor and QuickBooks Pro Advisor, I am well-versed in utilizing both Xero and QuickBooks to provide efficient financial solutions.

 Here are the services I can offer:

Set up and/or Maintenance of Xero or QuickBooks files including:
- Customized chart of accounts
- Upload historical transactions from bank data
- Assistance with the set-up of any bank feeds as applicable
- Assistance with the set-up of any necessary third-party integration tools
- Customized Reporting

Daily Bookkeeping includes but is not limited to the following:
- Record cash receipts/income from your bank deposits
- Record cash disbursements/expenses from your bank transactions
- Record interbank transfers
- Record any adjusting entries needed
- Reconciling bank transactions and credit cards to statements
- Reconcile other balance sheet accounts to underlying records
- Creating bills, sales invoices, Credit Notes, Purchase orders etc. 

Monthly Financial Reporting including:
- Balance Sheet- Profit and Loss statement
- Month-to-month comparisons whenever applicable
