Currently, I work as a Medical Virtual Assistant, supporting patients and caregivers in onboarding to telehealth services within the company. I also excelled at developing social media content, providing team support, and coordinating projects and virtual events (such as webinars) for universities across Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines. 

Additionally, I assisted in curating content for publications and guides distributed to students and graduates in multiple countries.I am proficient in a variety of tools and software, including Google Workspace, Canva for graphic design, and email campaign platforms like ActiveCampaign and Beehiiv. I have experience managing tasks with Notion, Zoho Projects, and Jira/Atlassian. My background also includes administrative tasks and tax preparation for a U.S.-based accounting firm.
