Profile Description

I spent 8 years at Palawan Group of Companies, 6 years as a Branch Administrative Assistant, then 2 years as Branch Head, leading daily operations and keeping my team aligned, motivated, and on target.
I lead by example. I was always the first to approach a customer and offer our products, so my team could see it done and follow my lead, not just hear instructions. I was accountable for our daily KPIs, and I made sure to encourage my people, recognize their wins, and come in every day with energy that carried over to the whole team.
Conflict resolution is also core to how I work. Whether it was a frustrated customer or a disagreement between staff, I stepped in early, listened first, and resolved issues professionally before they grew into bigger problems. I also acted as the bridge between upper management and frontline staff, making sure directives were clear and team concerns were heard.
