With extensive experience as a Product Trainer, I’ve had the opportunity to educate both clients and employees on key strategies, emerging trends, and best practices. In my role as a Virtual Assistant Trainer, I’ve taught VAs how to effectively use various applications and AI tools with not only on technical proficiency but also on applying these tools to meet client needs efficiently. This passion for developing talent eventually led me to become an Operations Manager for VAs, where I gained hands-on experience in overseeing workflows, improving productivity, and ensuring high-quality output and also been been actively involved in recruitment, managing the entire hiring process from sourcing and interviewing to selecting the best-fit candidates.
