My experience at a leading financial industry in the Philippines providing life and health insurance to fellow Filipino workers and overseas workers for almost 20 fruitful years being a Claims Assistant has helped me improve my communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills, and develop extensive knowledge of how to increase services to existing clients and potential customers. I also worked in a BPO company as a Customer Service Representative, providing services & customer support to more than an average of 50+ clients on a daily basis through inbound and outbound calls. I also gained technical skills and qualities that a good call center agent or customer service representative should possess.
At my previous role, I gained expertise and helped me become a team player well rounded with technical skills through using different software tools and leverage my skills in a bit more impactful way.
I also love volunteerism which includes participation in tree planting from our company's outreach program, conducting a blood donation drive which is a crucial resource for medical treatments, emergency care, and lifesaving interventions, ultimately supporting efforts to reduce mortality rates and enhance healthcare services. Being a catholic liturgical minister or mass commentator for about a decade is what I love the most during my late 20's and that helped me to become the best version of myself possible.

I am flexible because at my previous job, a customer calling in concerned about her policy loan repayment since it is nearly exceeding her policy cash reserve or values and at that time, I have to leave early in the office for some personal and emergency reason but I did not make any second thought of transferring her call or tried to make some reasoning in order for her to just make a call back whilst my duty is also beyond my working hours. After I have provided all the solution, taking her call in an appropriate manner within the company standards and processing her payment over the phone, she was delighted and made me feel satisfied and humbled because I'm proud to say that even there was any unbearable circumstances along the way, it is proven that I went above and beyond my customer's expectation and made an extra mile.

I was able to provide resolution to a customer who was at that time dealing concerned about why her policy got terminated without any prior notice.
