In addition, I have experience in chat-based technical support, providing resolution and troubleshooting steps to customers. Rest assured, I am well-versed in this aspect required by your company.
Additionally, I have spent over 5 years working in a call center as a technical support representative. My tasks involve providing over-the-phone assistance to customers for troubleshooting their routers and home security cameras, as we don't have any technicians available to send to customer locations. When I was an agent, I was awarded the Annual Top Performer on my account, and I was luckily promoted to Subject Matter Expert and Assistant Supervisor.
I do have experienced as a Facebook Content moderator for 2 years. I very particular in attention to details and critical thinking to any kind of tasks.
I am proficient in using Sales Force CRM, Microsoft Office, InContact, and RouteThis Tools for router diagnostics. I am a fast learner, capable of working both independently and as part of a team. My previous profession was as a Technical Support Expert, providing assistance over the phone, logically troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues regarding routers and security cameras. I am proficient in using Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office, and RouteThis Tools for router diagnostics. My strength is being committed to my job, I can work with less supervision. I'm also familiar with some tools that I've been using, such as Salesforce, Citrix, VCC Nice, and the Atlas tool.
