I worked as a Customer Care Specialist for Kyte Car Rental, where I handled inbound and outbound calls, responded to emails, and assisted customers with bookings, cancellations, rental extensions, and general concerns. In that role, I focused on clear communication, fast problem solving, and making sure every customer felt heard and supported from pickup to return.
