Credential Management: Ensure that all healthcare provider credentials are uploaded, verified, and up-to-date before scheduling. Coordinate with the credentialing team to resolve any missing or expired documentation. 3. Communication and Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from healthcare providers and facilities regarding schedules, changes, and inquiries. Act as the main point of contact for providers regarding shift availability, cancellations, and updates. Communicate schedule changes and resolve scheduling conflicts in a timely and professional manner. 4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers and facility contacts. Collaborate with internal teams, such as customer success and staffing, to address and resolve issues. 5.
