I am a Civil Engineer with 3+ years of experience specializing in site supervision, project management, and design. Skilled in overseeing site operations, managing manpower, and preparing detailed project reports. Proficient in AutoCAD, Autodesk Mechanical, and SketchUp, with strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and structural design techniques. Experienced in residential construction, welding and fabrication practices, and structural integrity analysis. I successfully transitioned into the BPO/WFH industry, gaining 15 months in International Voice Accounts, 4 months in Non-Voice Accounts, and 8 months of Chat Support in a remote work setup.
