For the past several years, I’ve been managing the full operations of a private-label ecommerce brand that sells both on Amazon and through its own WordPress/WooCommerce website. My role covers a wide range of responsibilities - from website and server management to backend operations, fulfillment coordination, and customer support. I’m used to being the person who connects all moving parts and keeps everything running smoothly.
What I Do
WordPress Management - daily maintenance, plugin and theme updates, fixing errors, speeding up sites, improving stability, creating staging environments, and making sure everything works as it should.
Cloudways Server Management - migrations, DNS setup, SSL, cron jobs, backups, server scaling, application monitoring, Breeze/Varnish configurations, and general server health.
WooCommerce Store Operations - store configuration, checkout issues, product updates, order flow checks, plugin integrations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
<8efe80624d780eba0c6493ec45140364>Email Market (FunnelKit plugin) - building automations, optimizing email flows, sending campaigns, and improving conversions.
Page Builders - strong experience with Divi (Elegant Themes), Elementor, and Oxygen Builder. I’m comfortable handling layout adjustments, CSS fixes, and structural improvements.
Ecommerce & Fulfillment Experience
Alongside web and server work, I also manage the operational side of the business:
Amazon Seller Central - promotions, discount codes, listing updates, brand store management, and backend coordination.
Walmart Seller Central - managing orders, listings, and general marketplace operations.
Fulfillment & Warehousing - coordinating orders for website sales via eFulfillment Service, setting up and maintaining workflows inside ShipStation, and ensuring smooth order processing.
Amazon MCF Setup - creating and maintaining automations in ShipStation to route website orders to Amazon MCF when needed.
Logistics Oversight - monitoring stock levels, tracking orders, and making sure both marketplaces and the branded website stay aligned.
My Background
Before transitioning into project management and ecommerce operations, I spent years doing SEO and advanced WordPress customization. While SEO is no longer my main focus, that technical foundation helps me quickly understand site architecture, caching logic, redirects, and anything related to site performance or structure.
How I Work
I’m proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership without needing daily supervision. I monitor for issues, suggest improvements when I see opportunities, and keep communication simple and clear. I’m used to handling multiple responsibilities and wearing different hats, and I enjoy keeping systems organized and efficient.
If you’re looking for someone who can manage your WordPress sites, server, WooCommerce store, and the operational side of your ecommerce workflows, that’s exactly what I’ve been doing day-to-day.
