• Account receivable/AR Queries
• Resolving payment delinquencies
• Assisting in calls/follow-up queries
• Processing card payments, ACH forms, cheques
• Managing accounts records up to dates
• Sending statements and reminders
Bookkeeper
• Experience in accounting system – MYOB EXO
• Bank reconciliation, Debtors banking batches
• Overall, in charge of Account receivable collections
• Issuing credit notes, refunds, and back orders
• Reducing payment delinquencies and moving/transferring payments to the right accounts
Accounting assistant
• Preparing weekly cash flow
• Payroll processing
• Financial Statements
• Lapsing and depreciations of long-term assets
• Recording of advances, and other payables
• Petty cash
• Month-end reports
