BOOKKEEPER for AU/US Companies
Responsibilities:
- Doing the day to day recording of transactions in Xero and other accounting software like QuickBooks, Wave and others.
- Doing reconciliation for e-commerce sales from (Stripe, Amazon, PayPal, Wise and others) - Preparing financial statements/reports on a monthly basis for 20 clients. - Insuring that the clients books are GAAP compliant. - Records portfolio investment and SAFE transactions.
Ensuring that the equity transactions are properly recorded in the balance sheet.
Manage day-to-day finance
functions such as invoicing, processing of bills, etc.
