With over 9 years of experience under my belt, I've had the pleasure of working in both the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Media Broadcasting networks. My journey started with 6 years in BPO, where I excelled as an Account Expert and Customer Service Specialist. I managed client accounts, ensured smooth financial transactions, and worked closely with internal teams to elevate service and efficiency. 

My next adventure took me into the vibrant world of media broadcasting. Over 3 years, I dabbled in a variety of roles—from being a Recruiter and Executive Assistant to a DJ, News Producer, and even a TV Anchor. Most recently, I’ve spent 3 years at an International Broadcasting Network, working across News, Sales, and Production. I’ve had the chance to collaborate with government agencies, military sectors, and authorities, and train reporters to ensure top-notch news quality and credibility.

I’m passionate about Training, Team Leadership, Market Research, Administrative Tasks, Lead Generation, and Media Broadcasting. I’ve helped clients grow their businesses, drive sales, and create new opportunities.
