Hi, I'm Jim - I am a seasoned customer and business relationship expert. I have been in the industry for more than 10 years taking up multiple junior and senior roles with recent being an Associate Sales Manager managing the renewals team tasked to maintain a series of renewal pipelines ensuring business continuity between the client and their customers.
