- Recommend order quantities based on sales performance and targets
- Support product launches and seasonal planning


Replenishment, Allocation & Stock Control
- Monitor sell-through and product performance
- Replenish bestsellers and prevent stockouts
- Track depletion and take action on slow-moving inventory
- Support allocation across channels or stores


Supplier Coordination & Buying Support
- Coordinate with suppliers on orders, timelines, and deliveries
- Track purchase orders and ensure stock availability
- Support cost management and shipment planning


Pricing, Promotions & Profitability
- Support pricing decisions based on product performance
- Assist with markdowns and promotions to improve sell-through
- Align inventory decisions with financial and margin goals


Sales & Inventory Insights
- Provide clear, organized sales and inventory reports
- Identify bestsellers, slow movers, and growth opportunities
- Recommend what to restock, promote, or phase out


E-Commerce Operations Support
- Product uploads (CSV or manual) and SKU management
- Variant setup (sizes, colors, pricing)
- Catalog organization and cleanup
