For nearly 2 years, I've been actively involved in the daily operations of an online store, where I handled 50+ customer inquiries daily across Facebook, TikTok Shop, and Shopee. I managed customer concerns, order updates, refunds, returns, and delivery-related issues while maintaining professional and customer-focused communication.
In addition to customer support, I monitored inventory for 100+ products, identified items that required restocking, sourced potential suppliers, coordinated inventory replenishment, maintained product listings, and supported financial record-keeping. I also communicated regularly with logistics providers including J&T Express, Shopee Express, and Flash Express regarding shipment concerns, delivery issues, and order tracking.
To support sales and customer engagement, I conducted live selling sessions for 3–4 hours daily, answered customer questions in real time, showcased products, and promoted offerings through online communities to help increase product visibility and customer interaction.
