Profile Description

I'm a detail-oriented E-commerce Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience in Shopify product listing, store organization, and backend management. Since 2023, I've supported small businesses and online stores by ensuring their product pages are clean, accurate, and optimized for a better customer experience.

I've worked with Shopify-based businesses—handling tasks such as uploading and optimizing product listings, adding engaging descriptions, organizing collections, setting up variants, and maintaining clean backend systems. I also edit and resize product images to ensure consistency across the storefront.

In my previous role as an Administrative Assistant, I managed daily store operations, assisted with order processing, coordinated with the fulfillment team, and helped with email marketing campaigns using MailerLite, Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
