Having 2 years’ experience as a Customer Service Representative. Additionally, I am A specialist in lead generation, appointment setting, and cold calling which my experience includes skilled in persuasive communication, building relationships, with a strong grasp of CRM tools, resilience in managing rejections, strategic lead targeting and qualification, and adaptability to different sales approaches and customer interactions.
I am proficient appointment setting and cold calling using Upgrade to see actual info and Skype to reach out prospects. Booked meeting via Google calendar and Calendy. I am currently learning other lead mining tools like Apollo as of the Upgrade to see actual infont. I am eagerly to learn more tools and planning to upskill.
