•Process, Records and Supervises the day to day process
•Performs weekly or monthly reconciliations for various Third Party Risk processes.
•Ensure organization of documentation for soundness and completeness in preparation for Internal audit and Regulators.
•Maintain accuracy of information in TPR’s system of records.
•Reviews monthly Financial Health alerts to identify any deficiencies and raise if vital.
•Reviews training materials for accuracy and updates materials accordingly. Facilitates training if needed.
•Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to supervise and mitigate risk.
•Collaborates with legal to review contracts for the Critical Third Party population
