I build custom TMS-like systems using Google Sheets that help trucking and logistics companies centralize their operations, improve visibility, and track financial performance—without relying on complex or expensive software.

My system is designed to manage load tracking, driver coordination, expense monitoring, and financial reporting in one structured and easy-to-use platform, giving companies real-time control over their operations.

Alongside system development, I currently support a US-based trucking company as a Fleet Operations Manager, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

My responsibilities include:

• Driver monitoring and compliance using ELD systems (Motive / Gomotive)
• Track & trace operations with real-time load updates
• Coordination between brokers, dispatchers, and drivers
• Load oversight and approval (non-dispatch role)
• Invoice processing and expense tracking (Outgo and related systems)
• Payroll management for drivers and dispatchers
• Document collection and organization (PODs, BOLs, rate confirmations, and billing requirements)
• Managing communication through email and calls to ensure smooth operations

My focus is on building simple, efficient, and scalable systems while maintaining structured operations that support better decision-making.

I am not a dispatcher—I specialize in operations management, system development, and backend coordination that keeps logistics running smoothly.
