Throughout my career, I’ve worked across various areas of healthcare — starting as a Nurse Aide and Pharmacy Technician, then advancing to Customer Service Representative, Patient Scheduler, and Lead Medical Records Specialist. These roles helped me develop a deep understanding of clinical operations, patient care support, and medical documentation workflows.
In my recent position as Lead Medical Records Specialist, I ensured the accuracy, organization, and confidentiality of patient records while conducting quality assurance checks to maintain compliance with healthcare standards. Before that, as a Patient Scheduler, I managed appointment coordination, database entries, and communication between patients and providers to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
Now, as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant, I bring together all these skills to support clinics, providers, and healthcare teams remotely — focusing on medical records management, scheduling, insurance verification, and administrative support.
I’m also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Human Resource Development Management, which strengthens my leadership and organizational skills.

My typing speed (40–50 WPM) and familiarity with Oracle Aconex, Unifier, Hyperlink, and ECM/EHR Framework enable efficient and accurate data management.
