Eleven years of experience as a customer-facing professional working in the Technology Industry. My business outcomes focus enables me to maximize the value realized by my customers’ key stakeholders. I have successfully demonstrated the ability to provide end-to-end learning and development that has enabled customer outcome attainment, with delivery times being reduced by up to fifty percent, while simultaneously improving output quality by up to eighty percent. 
As a passionate believer in life-long learning, I’m delighted to be working within the professional training and development sector. My vision is for a future where all technology can be consumed quickly and easily so that both individuals and the organizations, they work for can grow and prosper through increased productivity and efficiency. My mission as a Customer Success Specialist Trainer and Content Author is to generate and deliver meaningful content that supports this vision.
My core skills include questioning, listening, communicating, leadership, management, innovation, and problem-solving. By combining these skills and others I am able to work both individually and within a team to rapidly generate and implement new and exciting strategies for growth.
