Following a successful decade in the BPO industry and a transition into real estate, I’m now expanding my skill set into data analysis, focusing on Excel and Power BI. I have a strong track record in both industries, including leading teams that improved customer satisfaction and implementing CRM enhancements that boosted efficiency. 

In my current role in real estate, I’ve applied my leadership and operational skills to execute high-impact marketing campaigns and optimize processes. As I shift toward data analysis, I’m building a deeper understanding of data-driven decision-making, positioning myself to contribute more strategically to any organization. 

My toolkit includes Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, real estate CRMs, and Looker Studio, making me adaptable and versatile. I’m excited to leverage these skills as I transition into data analysis while continuing to bring value to team leadership and process improvement. 

I'm currently seeking full-time remote positions that allow me to combine my growing data analysis expertise with my leadership background in real estate, customer service, and technical support.
