*Bachelor of science in Accountancy degree holder
*With 8 years of extensive Accounting experience and 6 years of which is accounts payable end to end process.*Practical knowledge of different accounting systems (MS Dynamics/Navision, SAP, Oracle, Concur, QuickBooks)*Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) *Familiar with Dropbox, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Smartsheet, Citrix, SharePoint*Good English communication skills*Experienced in handling International clients like US and AU account*Initiate process improvement by doing Macro Excel and Power Query
My tasks as Accounts Payable:*Emails Management - manage AP inbox and answering internal and external queries in timely manner*Researches, investigates and gather information to clear disputed invoices*New Vendor Setup, updating old suppliers details: Actively assist with vendor set up process to ensure collection of appropriate tax documents, setting payment terms and payment methods*Invoice Processing - rentals, utilities, department invoices, major and minor supplier invoices*Validates and checks purchase order requirements for correctness and applicability (2-way, 3-way, 4-way match)*Process Employee expenses/reimbursements*Posting purchase invoice/journal in the system with correct gl codes and payment journals*Intercompany transaction postings*Downloading invoices from supplier portals*Supplier Statement Reconciliation *Payment run - Preparing Accounts Payable Schedule Report for payment  through Bank/ABA Payment, BPAY payment, International Payment*Sending payment remittances 
*Month end tasks:Accrual PostingsAccounts Payable ClosingAP Aging Report
