Almost 10 years of experience in the logistics industry based in Canada, with a strong background in customs coordination, freight operations, and end-to-end supply chain management.

I worked as a Customs Coordinator for 5 years, responsible for processing all import/export documentation and ensuring smooth cross-border clearance for client shipments. I then transitioned into a Freight/Logistics Coordinator role for 4 years, where I handled truck and container bookings, scheduled pickups, monitored shipment status, and coordinated with carriers using tools such as CargoWise, Canadata, and Scope.

I also served as an Operations Manager for 3 years, managing multiple logistics accounts and overseeing daily operations, ensuring team performance and client satisfaction across all deliverables.

In addition to logistics, I worked as a full-time ESL teacher for 1 year, teaching children from different nationalities during the pandemic, which strengthened my communication and adaptability skills.
