Over the years, I've been promoted as part of the escalations team handling supervisory calls. Making sure customers will be satisfied & provided solutions each of every complaint they are calling.
From my last company I was handling both Debit and Credit cards making sure customers cards are working, I was part of the Fraud department investigating cases where the Fraud happened, creating a dispute to help and gain customers trust. We're the ones whos also be processing any huge amounts purchased/processed by customers through credit card making sure it is the owner of the card who processed not the fraudsters.
