Profile Description

I played a key role in helping my client achieve business stability by managing daily operations as an eBay Manager for a dropshipping business. I worked closely with our suppliers, negotiating better discounts to maintain strong profit margins while sustaining high sales volume. In addition to supplier coordination, I handled shipment processes and customer service to ensure smooth operations.

I was also hired as an Amazon Admin/Product Researcher, where I reached out to suppliers to open wholesale accounts, communicated through email to generate leads, and supported product sourcing strategies. Through our combined team efforts, we successfully scaled the business from $20K in monthly sales to $140K at its peak. We also established a partnership with one of the largest Canadian distributors of natural products and sports equipment.
