Profile Description

I am a customer service representative having enough training on how to communicate and empathize to the client. I am trained with emails and task in my previous call center experienced and was signed of second out of thirty three trainees. I am also an educator, I graduate as magna cum laude with a license of teaching as I recently pass the board examination for teachers. In regards with my ability in technological aspect,
I believe I have an advantage when it comes to Microsoft office task especially with excel, word and powerpoint presentation as I used these tools during my studies as well as in my recent job. But above all the thing I already leaned from my previous experience, I am still open to new learning that will serve as my path to grow as a person, in short I am very open to be trained for the any skills required in my job.
