With 4 years of customer service experience in international accounts, I specialized in billing, sales, and was promoted to client retention. Additionally, I spent 7 years as an in-house phone banker for one of the Philippines' largest banks, handling debit, credit, loan, trade, and insurance services. I also have 4 years of team management experience in this role.

In banking, I am certified in various products and services including deposits, credit cards, loans, insurance, trading, investment, and corporate banking. I began as an account specialist assisting clients with deposits, credit cards, and investment services. Progressing to assistant team leader after two years, I expanded my expertise to include insurance, loans, trade, and corporate banking. After another year, I was promoted to bank assistant manager, where I led a team of phone banking specialists in the Retail & Banking Division.

In recruitment, I lead departmental operations, streamlining processes to acquire quality talent and meet manpower requirements efficiently. I strategize and oversee projects and recruitment marketing initiatives to attract top talent and enhance our brand presence.
