Profile Description

PLDT Clarktel CQM Project
• Manages small to large, simple to complex, and multiple projects at the same time to
achieve a specific set of internal customer business goals by prioritizing and managing
resources and plans required to complete the project within a defined scope, cost,
quality and schedule.
• Performs initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing activities
based on project management framework, policies, guidelines and procedures.
• Assist the project manager on handling the given projects.
• Responsible for the submission and revision of Pre-PAT docs, PAT docs, Pre-FAT Docs and
FAT docs.
Daily reporting of team deployment and their respected activities on site.
•Monitor and create reports of the overall performance and output of given projects.
•Make various requisition needed for team’s deployment.
•Oversee project budgeting to ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
•Meeting with client for the alignment of project.
•Coordinates with the team to ensure quality project deliverables and aresubmitted on timely manner by expediting all needed tea ---------- mbers on site withinthe schedule.
•Responsible of completing the clearances for closing of project.
