Profile Description

I am an Industrial Engineer with over 9 years of professional experience in engineering, data analysis, operations support, and virtual assistance. My background includes solar performance engineering, quality engineering, manufacturing, leasing support, lead generation, and administrative support.

As a Performance Engineer, I monitor and analyze commercial and industrial solar PV systems using AlsoEnergy, SolarEdge, Locus, and PowerFactors. I perform performance analysis, investigate production issues, prepare detailed monthly reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and utilize Salesforce Field Service Lightning to manage site accounts and work orders.

I also work remotely as a Leasing and Lead Generation Virtual Assistant for a U.S.-based property management company. I manage leasing leads from Zillow, ---------- , Entrata, Quo (Openphone), and social media platforms, qualify prospective tenants, schedule property tours, maintain CRM records, conduct follow-up campaigns, and provide customer support through email, SMS, and social media.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a Quality Control Engineer and Material Planner, where I gained extensive experience in quality assurance, process improvement, inventory management, and data analysis.
