I am a business forecaster specially in the field of hospitality. I had foreseen the need to create a virtual/cloud kitchen to widen the visibility of the brands before the pandemic came and it had not just saved the business but to all the staffs in the company.
I have 10+ years of demonstrated success in hospitality, human resource, and administrative management. A goal-setting-problem-solver with strong leadership skills. A person that is highly organized, motivated, detail oriented, and proven track in anticipating manpower needs not to scarce.
WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF: Restaurant Operations for both Front of the House and Back of the House, Computers (Windows environment: spreadsheets, word processing, presentation), POS systems (Micros, Sapaad, Polaris), Delivery (Talabat, Zomato, Deliveroo, Careem, etc.), Cloud/Virtual/Dark Kitchens Formation.
