- Test Case Management, Data Base, Technical Reference and Test Execution - Takes ownership of features or small-scale projects, responsible within the area of ownership for developing test suites, designing test cases, reporting defects, analyzing data, reporting results risks and proposed actions. - Acts as point of contact for clients (workflow, assignments, project requests) - Acts as Subject Matter Expert on assigned areas, proposing various test approaches, being responsible for test case creation. - Provides regular reporting, feedback and analysis on the status of ownership area and QA process overall based on collected project data/ relevant KPI's. - Creates, updates and maintains relevant QA Documentation (test plans, tools, trackers) when required.

- Conducts initial investigation based on the forwarded incident report by concerned department to be forwarded to HR Manager for review - Prepares and facilitates concerns, grievances, inquiries, feedback to be escalated to the HR Manager - Prepares timely and accurate reports such as semi-annual performance appraisal, disciplinary timeline, agency feedback and agency employee feedback and recruitment reports - Computes 40% HR grade as part of performance appraisal - Generates a monthly report of employees' attendance to HR Supervisor for disciplinary action - Conducts exit interviews of seperated employees and facilitates clearance signing - Performs administrative functions as secondary in the absence of administration personnel
