Profile Description

Running an online store takes more than selling products accurate listings, fast customer replies, and clean back-end records are what keep a store scaling instead of stalling. That's where I come in.

I bring 6+ years of experience in banking, billing, and government administration
roles that demanded precision, confidentiality, and zero tolerance for errors. I've since completed hands-on Shopify VA training (covering product uploads, order fulfillment, and store admin) and I'm building my eBay listing and case-management skills to support sellers on both platforms.

Store Operations
• Shopify & eBay product listings, uploads, variants, and catalog organization
• Image alt text, tags, collections, and basic on-page SEO
• Inventory syncing and stock updates
• eBay listing optimization (titles, item specifics, competitive pricing checks)

Customer Support
• Email/chat support (Zendesk, Gorgias, or native Shopify/eBay inbox)
• Order tracking, returns, refunds, and eBay case/dispute handling
• Fast, professional, brand-consistent communication

Admin & Back Office
• Data entry, CRM updates, and record management
• Billing support and document organization
• Online research and reporting
