I began my career in the real estate industry as a team leader at a local BPO company when I was just 19 years old. Some people are born with leadership skills, and I’m proud to say I’m one of them. With my extensive background in Airbnb and short-term rentals, I formed a small team and launched a virtual management company. I've played a key role in the success of my clients, helping them grow from managing 5 properties to hundreds, transforming thousands in revenue into millions—a journey that has been incredibly fulfilling.
What I’m most proud of is my personal growth throughout this journey. For over 7 years, I dedicated myself to working 14 hours a day, 6 days a week.
