I have five years of combined experience across customer operations and ecommerce. I started as a Subject Matter Ex
pert in a BPO handling a food delivery account, then moved into ecommerce where I grew from Creative Designer all the way to COO over two years.
Before ecommerce, I spent three years in a BPO as a Subject Matter Expert handling transaction disputes, billing disputes, refunds, and customer feedback for a food delivery account. I handled supervisor calls, mentored newly hired agents, and made sure escalations were resolved correctly and on time.
From there I moved into ecommerce and spent two years growing from Creative Designer to Creative Manager and HR Operations Manager, and eventually COO of a dropshipping business. We started with health products, then pivoted and scaled into female fashion dropshipping across the US, Israel, Mexico, the Netherlands, Romania, Poland, Germany, and Canada.
Here is what I handled across those roles:
• Product research using
• Full product launch pipeline from competitor research to USAdrop supplier confirmation to Shopify listing, 200+ products per week
• Direct coordination with an external creative agency to post ads on Pinterest
• Daily P&L tracking, ROAS monitoring, net profit review, and cashflow management
• Daily KPI and performance updates directly to the CEO to support fast decision making
• Main point of contact between the CEO, internal team, supplier, and creative agency
• Overseeing the Customer Service Rep and Dispute Manager, auditing their work in the customer sheet
• Dispute resolution through Whop and customer
• Supplier coordination including PR checks, quotation reviews, COGS tracking, and order payments through USAdrop
• HR operations including employee KPI tracking, attendance monitoring, salary tracking, and onboarding new hires
• Creative ad production for health products including static images and video ads translated into different languages
