I help real estate, construction, and service-based businesses maintain accurate financial records through bookkeeping, accounts payable management, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. With more than 10 years of accounting experience, I support business owners and finance teams by keeping their financial processes organized, compliant, and up to date.

I am experienced with Xero, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Sage Intacct, Sage 50, Sage Construction, Precoro, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, ChatGPT, Copilot, and Canva.

My background includes processing high-volume accounts payable transactions, managing vendor accounts, reconciling bank and creditor accounts, supporting month-end close activities, preparing cash flow reports, and maintaining financial records for construction, real estate, consulting, manufacturing, and shared services organizations.

I am available for full-time or part-time work and can work across US, UK, and Australian business hours. I have a dedicated home office, reliable fiber internet with backup connectivity, and the equipment needed to support remote work effectively.
