Profile Description

I have over a decade of experience in medical-legal administration. I am not just a generalist, but a specialist who has worked deep inside expert witness practices, QME/IME workflows, Workers' Compensation, and Personal Injury operations.

I know how these practices run because I've built and managed the systems that keep them moving; from case intake and record review to retention agreements, billing, scheduling, and attorney communication.

What I bring to your practice:

Expert Witness Support: Full case lifecycle management: intake, CRM/Dropbox organization, retention agreements, billing, scheduling, EOD reporting

Medical Record Review: I conduct thorough, legally-oriented medical record reviews for workers' compensation and personal injury cases, analyzing treatment history, diagnostic findings, and physician notes through the lens of AMA Guides and ACOEM guidelines. I identify and flag issues relevant to apportionment, MMI/TTD status, permanent disability ratings, and causation, and I organize findings in a format that's immediately usable for reports, depositions, and legal strategy. I also track page counts accurately for billing purposes, separating substantive pages from blanks and duplicates.

WC & PI Law Firm Support: Attorney correspondence, case documentation, deposition summarization, record retrieval, deadline tracking

HIPAA-Compliant Operations: Certified; experienced with eClinicalWorks, Conexem, Jane, Tebra, BodySuite, MatrixCare, IntakeQ, and multiple VoIP systems

I work with structure and precision. I don't need hand-holding, I build the systems, document the SOPs, and run the workflow so you can focus on the clinical and legal work.
